Cozy atmosphere with plenty of seating and good coffee. The pastries were fresh and tasty. Service was friendly, though a bit slow during peak hours. Great spot to relax, work, or catch up with friends

I had written a nice experience from last week, but after I revisited yesterday, I deleted my comments and am writing it again. I was surprised by the nice staff last week, but the owner who was working yesterday was the terrible person I had ever seen. The situation was we ordered our food and drinks and took a seat. The queue was long behind us. Our drinks and two of the orders were received. We waited for the other three orders. Meanwhile, we could see that the other customers who were after us received all their orders. After about 20 minutes of waiting, the owner came with one of the orders to us. I asked him why the other customers were served first, and he replied that they ordered simple foods that are not a problem at all to be served first. Whatever he is, an owner or a manager, he could just ask for a sorry for the delay, not a mean manner. He ruined our Saturday brunch what pissed me off. I lost my appetite and didn't touch my food. I thought I found a nice Café to enjoy our usual weekend's brunch, but I will never come back here. At least we can still go to the Boardwalk branch where the owner is friendly.

I want to thank Dhruv for going above and beyond. I lost my credit card here and he not only found it, but kept it safe until I returned. I tried to offer him a small token of thanks, but he politely declined—his honesty and kindness meant far more. I’m truly grateful and in his debt. Staff like Dhruv make this place stand out. I am in your debt, sir.
